in Production Content Repository Archive link when run Test Report RSCMT ->

RSCMSTH0

HTTP interface test using function group SFTP

RSCMSTH1

HTTP interface test using function group SCMS_HTTP

RSCMSTH2

HTTP interface test using function group SCMS_HTTP (docProt)

result this error

IF_HTTP_CLIENT-->RECEIVE 1 HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED

Try without the ' at the end of the URL.

Also populate the host file with the hostname and ip address of the CS Server so you can call it by host.

Check that the HTTP Service is defined in SMICM.

Also check parameter icm/server_port_0 value should be PROT=HTTP,PORT=80
