commitment problem

Dear friends,

I am making PM order with assigning wbs element,also making P.O. but still it shows commitment value as 0 while it shos in rem order plan in T-code S_ALR_87013558.While cji5 report shows nothing.

Can you tell me where is setting to flow commitment value of pm order req,po.
