Hi experts,

How to activate the report named "MCTI - sales employee"? Pls advise. Thx.

Moreover, partner determination for sales doc has been maintained. Customer & material have been maintained well as other standard analyses can be run, such as MCTA - customer.

Check in OMO1 if the update has been properly set ofr info structure S006.

Also, check in MC26 if the Update rules have been defined for update groups 1 and 2 with infio str S006.

S006 is maintained as that in S001. But it does work.

By the way, HR module is not customized.

Dear Cathy,

Please confirm:

1. Have you created Sales Employee/ Personnel Records with T. Code: VPE1?

2. Have you mainatined Partner Determination for the same?

For Info-sake: [Sales Employee|]

3. Have yoy key-in Sales Employee/ Personnel in to Sales Document i.e. Sales Order at Header-Level (Go To --> Header --> Partner)?

If, above-said configurations are done already, Have you maintained SIS and LIS related settings:

Ok...now can you do an update simulation in MCVR for any 1 of your sales order (ensure you have the sales employee maintained in that) and let us know what analysis the system shows for update of info str S006.

Hi cathy

First of all check wheather you have maintained data in OVRO and OVRP or not

If you have assigned then check in OMO1 wheather the S006 is activated or not

Secondly also check wheather you have assigned the partner function PE in your CMR .

hello, cathy.

i assume you have created sales orders. if so, please check if your sales employee appears in the partner tabs of the sales order.

again, if so, data should appear in MCTI. if the sales employee does not appear in the sales order, try entering the sales employee manually and execute MCTI again to test.
