Hi friends,

could you please help me with the transaction code to change the printer name for the output determination for a specific document type

Hi sudhakar,

To change the printer where an output type is printed go to the trx. VP01 (it's for sales and billing document), VP01SHP (for delivery), then doble click in your output type and there you can change the printer name by sales organization.

HI,

Create one more access(one more table) with document type and maintain condition record in that level, maintain this acess as in the most specific level than the exising access.

You can change the printer name for a Document type only if you have included the 'Document type' field in the access sequence for your Output condition type.

When you maintain your o/p cond. records for the output type (use NACE for all o/p applicaitons), you have to maintain that as per Sales Doc and there you can give a separate printer name in Communications.
