Hi Masters,
I would like to know whether we can have for single output device 2 different prints triggered (one at head office and one at customer).
please let me know std SAP solutions.

This can be done with the help of Abapers and if you are speaking about giving a print at Head office and the other at Customer Place/ site then you hve to go for a EDI system which will enable the link between you and your customer.

Try to put two different recipients in VV31 for your billing output type and see if it caters to your requirment..
