customer block

when i am using XD02 -


EXTRAS-----BLOCKING DATA here system is showing all the posible fields as inactive.

plz suggest the reason for this and how to block.

Dear Charan,

Do you mean:

XD02 --> Extras --> Blocking Data

here, under Tab: Sales and Distribution Blocks; All the Drop-down Fields - for, Order Block, Delivery Block and Billing Block, are inactive..?

Note: Check alternatively with:

T. Code: XD05

Here Key-in the Customer No. (as you were entering in Xd02) and Select Customer Sales Area by Clicking Tab: Sales Area by Customer (Check whether the same Sales Area that you were entering in to XD02, is available here in XD05 or not)

and "ENTER".

Hi,

Check with your Basis guy, you may not be having the authorization for blocking the customer.
