Need your help on the following.
Can we give view only access to the end users for following transactions.

Following is my issue
When solman ticket is in working progress , the relevant status of the ticket should not be editable by end users. This ticket should be view only for them.

Hi,
You can achieve this in various ways. One of the option is restricting to display access in the actvity level for the transaction type SLFN in the authorization object CRM_ORD_PR.
2. If you want to restrict your users only from changing the statuses, this can be also using the authorization object B_USERSTAT where you can assign the Authorization key for the individual statuses. So only those who are having this key can do the status changes.

These are only the variants for CRM_DNO_MONITOR, you can also create your own assign to users.
