Issues in SOLAR01

Hi ,

Can someone help me on the following points.

1. Can we use transaction code " mass" in Solution Manager for Document upload and if so how to

use it in Solar01 multiple document upload?

2. How do give a visual indicator if Document is checked out in Solar01?

3. How can we count number of documents that have been uploaded based on Keywords in a form of

following matrix.

Example.

if we create keywords like

Countries - IN (INDIA) and UK (United Kingdom)

Document type - IF (Interface) and FS (Functional Spec.) TS (Technical Spec.)

Suppose there are 50 documents in all in SOLAR01 with 10 FS of India , 5 TS of UK , etc

IN UK

IF 6 8

FS 10 8

TS 13 5

Would be eager to have your response.

1. You need to do some custom development to get a mass upload to work in SOLAR01

2. You need to do some custom development to show this, but you can see it in the Documentation report

3. Run the Documentation report and create a pivot table in Excel
