Claim approval process?

Hello,

I am trying to create a claim in CLM1. Internal Order didnt get created becoz claim was not approved. I tried searching for the standard process for it, but cudnt find it. Please help me understand it.

In complete doc. that you forwarded, what area actually explains approving process. I have notification created (XXXXXX), now what is the next thing that I have to do to approve and create a claim???

Hi,

Go to t code CLM2.Enter your notification no. Enter Shift+F6. This option is used to give approval.

Save your claim.

Shift+F6 helped. But what is the Menu way of going to it? I hope you got what I'm asking?

Dear,

If u open new claim.....clm2.

On top after flag...u will be having fourth(give arroval)....shift+f6.

Once u give approve...it wont display...

or...u can see in clm1.

I hope this is soln...
