Number ranges with the same range

Hi Sapers,

In our system we have 4 company codes. I need to have 4 number ranges that are the same (from 1 to 10000).

In tx SNUM I can create a new Object and assign it the subobject data element BUKRS and then I can maintain the number ranges using Company Code.

Now the question is, how can I use this range numbers?, I have assigned it to the Document Type in tx VOFA but I get the error message "For object RV_BELEG , number range interval ZZ does not exist"

How can I assign the object I have created to the Document Type?

Hi,

The reason is the new range object you created hasn't linked with SD document configuration.

The Range Object RV_BELEG is used for SD documents, so you should revise it and add the subobject data element in RV_BELEG.

Hi

Go to FBN1 tcode and enter the company code and maintain the no range for ZZ, it is asking for the current year
