Budget Availability check on Service Entry Sheet

Hello all,

In our scenario, Service entry sheets are account assigned to Project WBS Elements, which are budgetted and availability control is activated.

We have implemented correction note 696362 for availability control for service entry sheet. If the service entry sheet is released through ML85 or ML81N itself, the availability check happens properly. But we have activated workflow for service entry sheet (Business Object BUS2091, function modules BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_RELEASE, BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_RESET_RELEASE, BAPI_ENTRYSHEET_GETRELINFO), the availability control is not working.

Does anyone have solution?

Thanks Kamal,

As I said earlier, budget availability check is not happening properly for SES release through workflow only. For other business transactions, like PR, PO, GI, check is happening properly

Check the system status its should be AVAC.

run the recunstruct availbility control and check the availability control is active or not.
