How to upload cost planning done in excel in SAP?

Hi All

for a project i have a cost planning for around 100 items in excel.Now, i need to enter the same in SAP through CJ40. So, in this regard i want to know that rather entering cost for each and every item manualy

is there any option so that i can upload the whole cost planning(excel) in SAP in a one go.

Hi,

For uploading the cost in CJ40 , you have to go for BDC.

If you want to upload cost to CJR2 , then refer blog:

for CJ40 you need to do LSMW

for cost element planning you can use flexible upload option in transaction CJR2 - this will need appropriate configuration and template
