UWL Error

Hi,

When workflow has run, we need to get notifications in UWL.

But it is giving the messages as :

No items found to display

An error occured while trying to connect to the provider click here for details

When clicked for details :

System Connector Status Message

AdHocSystem AdHocWorkFlowConnector failure

ActionInbox ActionInboxConnector failure failure in retreiving form action in box

Any help .

Hi Srinivas,

I am getting the same error "An error occurred while trying to connect to the provider". In the System Connection test I see AdHocSystem AdHocWorkFlowConnector Action Failed. I have deactivated and activated the system but it does not sem to work. Kindly help.

Hi srini,

Please check if you have items in the back end which are pulled by UWL.

can you please explain what all steps you have done for UWL configuration, so that i can tell you where is the error.

once check.

1. System is created fine.

2. all the system tests are successfull.

3. System is registered for fetching UWL items.You can check it by checking the xml file it has created.

4. please click on cache button to remove cache.

Hi ,

Once deactivated and activated again.

Re-registered the system,

Started the server.

Hence, soloved.
