Free goods issue

Hi,

I am doing free goods inclusive and configured all the configurations for it. after entering the material in to sales order free goods not triggering and if iam going for the analysis getting the popup as"Express document "Update was terminated" received from author "xxx".

Analysis: Condition is ignored (requirement 55 not fulfilled)

I have checked all assignments like item categories,free goods determinations and condition records still not able to solve .

can anybody give the solutions.

Dear Pavan,

One of the reason for this error is problem in number range.

But it is advisable to take the help of ABAPer, also check dump in SM13 and ST22.

Kindly speak also with your BASIS guy many notes are available in the service market place to solve this issue. They can open an OSS note for the same. Many such problems happen due to overlapping number ranges and so forth.

For inclusive free goods w/o new line item generation, you need to have the condition type NRAB in your pricing procedure with req. 59 and Base type 29.

See if that is maintained in your procedure.

Any other solutions for it.
