The vault imposes some restrictions which are not applicable for K PRO. i.e. 2 originals per DIR. Why???
Hi Ravi,
further the storage in vaults or archives mean that the data is stored in database tables (e.g. DRAO) and to avoid a huge increase of database memory there is the restriction of only two originals per document info record.
Best regards,
Christoph

Hi,
The vault is a server that can be accessed in the local network. When you save the original application file to a vault, the system assigns a new file name that is invisible. For this reason, you can only process original application files stored in a vault from the document info record.
KPRO is an external defined storage system which makes use of Content Server and storage categories for storing of files. KPRO provides storing n number of files in content server.
Thank You,
Manoj
