Hi!

if you mean: several delivery types to have the same output type? Then yes.

You need to maintain

Logistic Execution-> Basic Shipping Functions->Output Control->Output determination->Maintain Output det for Outbound deliveries->Maintain Output types

Here you have to specify your output type, print program, and the form name, and some other settings;

then

few rows lower you have "Maintain Output determination procedure", you have to copy the procedure V10000 Shipping output, then add your output type to the copied one

then

row lower

"Assign Output Determination Procedure" (Assign deliveries (header)), and find the delivery types you want to assign the output types to, and just change the procedure assignment to them, enter Output type in the next column.

To have the delivery output prined automatically, you just need to set up the output in VV21 with tim "4" "print immediately when saving"

I hope this helps

cheers,

Bea

Hi Nouman,

I hope you understand the concept of output types and condition technique.

When you save a delivery document, the output type is triggered which will create a print out for example. This print output will / can have only those details pertaining to the document out of which hte output type is determined. Hence it is not possible for one output type to contain various delivery document items.

If your reqmt is otherwise, please be litte more specific on your exact reqmt

Just thinking- if you just want to print several deliveries on one document- then it is more tricky. Not possible on the delivery level.

You would have to assign several deliveries to one shipment document, and thent maintain the Output type from Shipment document.

Hi,

I am not able to understand your question properly.

If you assign particular output type to one outbound delivery document type.

Then what ever delivery document is created for that document type it will have same output type only.

If you want to assign same output type to different delivery document type.

Then go to V/71 and assign output type to your delivery document type.

Hope so this will solve your problem

Raj.
