Label Print Out

I developed a label to print on Zebra printer. It is printed fine in development but the label is not getting printed in production environment. Printer is setup correctly. Output type is trigered I can see in NAST table and in spool it is showing completed but it is not getting printed,

What can be the issue?

Any suggestions please.

hi,

check with your basis team wheather printer settings are moved to the quality system or not.

hi,

if spool shows correct,

check with the printer preferences, by comparing both development side printer preferences and the production side printer preferences whether the same type of printer is using there or not, mostly the settings will cause the difference..

Hi AP,

This might be the probblum with the printer device .Use same printer device which u using in development system.
