Table VBUK

Hi guru,

Please advise where can I find in VA03 (Sales Order Display) the field ABSTK (Overall rejection status of all document items) from table VBUK (Sales Document: Header Status and Administrative Data).

Hi Rellie,

If you can check in SE16, Table VBUK, select the field ABSTK, and process for a specific sale order. You can see almost 8-10, fields having the status. ABSTK is giving the status of Rejection status fields in Header.

In VA03, GOTO >Header>Status, you can find all these fields.

Go to VA02----> Header data -

>Status tab. In status tab you can see the reason for rejection

Another alternative go to VA02->Header data->sales tab , even is sales tab also you can see the reason for rejection

Go to----Header -

Status.

Here you can see the rejection status field. There you can see the status at the header level.

ABSTA- BEZ is the field given there

Go to VA03 > Header>Status --- there you will find the Rejection Status along with all statuses
