Logon Failed : Due to SSO Validity

Hi All,

We are working with SRM 5.0 and have implemented Enterprise Portal.

Some of the users are facing a problem while logging into the EBP system (this problem has come up recently only).

These users can log in to the EBP portal initially with their respective user ids & passwords.

But, as soon as they try to access "Purchasing" Tab within portal, system again asks for their logon credentials for SRM WAS.

Now, when they provide their user ids & passwords again, the sytem doesn't accept it and throws the following error:

Logon Failed

What has happened?

Call of URL https://srpsac.flextronics.com/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc02 terminated due to

error in logon data

What Can I do?

- Check the validity of your SSO ticket for this system.

- If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error Code:ICF-LE-https-c:100-l:E-T:2-C:3-U:-P:-L:3

HTTP 401: Unauthorized

Any help or insight in this matter would be highly appreciated.

Please let me understand how we can get rid of this error and how to check SSO validity etc.

Hi Ruchika,

Please check SICF tramsaction for bbpstart service. where we will maintain user id and password...please reset the same and please try once again...
