e-Filing for Great Britain (PA-PA-GB)

Hi,

Can any one please explain what is "e-Filing for Great Britain (PA-PA-GB)" and e-Filing out going process and incoming process and the use of it. I have read in the help.sap.com, but i could not understand. Anybody plz explain in few words on this.
