Information for transaction VP01SHP

Hi

After defining new condition type for picking list ,I am trying to enter details in transaction VP01SHP .

I request you to help me to enter information in following fields . Itu2019s not that I do not know , I am not sure which information exactly I have enter .

Print Immly :

Output device : most important, it is usually your printer (LOCL or whatever is defined in system and you want to use)

Name: you can give it whatever you want to distinguish spool reqs, but you can also leave it blank

Suffix 1: simmilar to previous

Suffix 2:simmilar to previus

SAP cover page : if you need SAP cover page which contents usually selection criteria (you probably dont need it)

Print Immly : Switch for printing immediately. Printing is immediate if this switch is

set. Otherwise the output is held in the spool.

Rel.after print : Switch for deleting a print job. If the switch is set, the spool job is

deleted immediately after printing. Otherwise it remains in the spool

file after printing and can be printed again if required.

My advice: put the output device, suffix1 same as output type and check print immediatly. That should be enough.
