After defining new condition type for picking list ,I am trying to enter details in transaction VP01SHP .
I request you to help me to enter information in following fields . Itu2019s not that I do not know , I am not sure which information exactly I have enter .
Output device :
Name:
Suffix 1:
Suffix 2:
SAP cover page :
Recipient:
Department:
:
Cover page tex:
Authorization :
Print Immly :
Rel.after print :
Oh boy... If you don't know what you're trying to achieve and what to put in those fields in your system, how are we supposed to know that?
These are the standard fields for the output. Look at the output of any existing document (order, delivery, invoice - anything will do) and check how the fields are filled in. Use F1 button, for crying out loud.
Technically the only required field is Output device, which is a printer name (or whatever device you use). In some systems LOCL will do.

As we all know, press F1 to know about a partiacular field by placing the cursor in that field.
