Internal order creation from PS - Claim

Hi,

I am creating claim using T.Code CLM1. My assignment is WBS elemnt and I have done the costing also. After approval, System has to generate Internal order (Order Type - CL01). But in my sytem, Claim notification is saved, but internal order is not created.

How to solve it.

Hi Prabhu

You may not have activated Badi NOTIF_COST_CUS_CHECK. Please activate it and then try.

SPRO-Claim-Setting for Claim---BAdi-Customer Specific Check...

Hi

I have activated the badi mentioned but at time of creation of internal order, system is giving an error 'Error occured during creation of settlement rule'

I have provided the strategy and settlement profile to the order type CL01. But still error is there.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
