Plan versions

Dear Friends

I want to create plan version for project on every last day of the month. Accodingly, I will creat plan version M1. M2. M3 .........................for project X.

One of the requirement to create the project is to store Cost plan Version 0 (Current Estimate) for every month for audit purpose. In my organization, auditors instining changes in current estimate from Month to month.

Can any body tell me how retrieve or display costing date from plan version?

Can it be done cost element wise ?

In which table this data would be available for analysis ?

Refer 'RPSCO" table for Cost plan values.

confiure versions OKEQ

you can use std SAP PS reports just use the respective version number

there is also a std report to compare 2 plans in SAP

if comparison for more than 2 plans is required then you need to develop reports

I am taking about Project version and not the "CO" version. OKEQ refers to CO version.

from your post I thought you wanted CO version

for project version you can run CN41 change db profile and tick the version data check box

you will then be able to compare version data fro various versions
