Unable to find option for "Add/Remove Additional Library" in web module DC

Hi

I have created a new web module DC.

Now according to below mentioned document :

I am trying to right click on my DC project, but there is no such option for "Add/Remove Additional Library".

Please help on this.

Hi

I have just discovered that when i am creating a non-DC web project.

I am getting above option !!!

Please throw some light on this
