Dears,

I am configuring Solman 7.0 service desk,Everything done but while serching for solution in database its not able to find any solution while they are getting saved.I am able to find them if i enter problem number only.I also found that transaction IS02 does not exist in my system and come to know that there is some trex configuration missing.

I searched a lot but didn't find anything.

Please help in resolving this error.

Hi Shivam Mittal

Firstly check whether your trex is running or not (i assumed you have installed TREX search engine) and complete the configuration in SAF tool like index compliation etc,,, choose the menu path GOTO--> Customization and complete all the wizards.

For searching your saved solutions TREX engine should be running. You can create your own problems and their linked solutions in IS01

Can you check the Trex Administration tool (TREXADMIN) in your Solman. It should connect you to TREX Engine
