TC_LOGGING_CONFIGURATION_IS_CHANGED error in java Instance

Hi All,

After installing the new License in our XI sever we are able to connect to ABAP Instance but our JAVA Instance is down. Our SAP is running on SQLSERVER 2005 Database. When we checked the log files we found the below error-:

I suppose use SAP<SID>DB is unlocked at database level. How to unlock this users in SQLSERVER 2005 database.
