Image UI Element

Hi Guys,

I am struggling to find any tutorials on how to use the Image UI Element. I am trying to use it but the image does not display.

Please advise.

donot forget to close and re-open your project OR re-build your project (right click on project name and re-build) for displaying the images.

Hi All,

The probelm was that I was not getting the essential component package under "Components". After running "Repair Project Structure and Classpath" on my project this folder was automatically created. I just popped the image into that folder and it worked!

Hi,

1) Add an Image UI Element.

2) Two important properties , you change :

alt - Image is not found (some alternative message)

source - MyImg.jpg ( The image you want to display)

3) Now add the MyImg.jpg in you project

Click on Navigator tab, side of WD Explorer

Expand you project to ...

src --> mimes --> components --> com . x . y..(which package you have given) rt click on the folder and paste you image MyImg.jpg

Deploy and run.
