See all inspection results (all insp. points) for an inspection lot

hi,

i could not find a way to view all entered inspection points and all entered results in the same page without clicking anywhere.

lets say i'm inspecting tomatoes with a control plan which has operations as visual controls and taste controls and my characteristics are color and diameter for visual controls and taste and odor for taste controls. i will be inspecting with inspection points

the report i want to see is

Material : Tomatoes

---

Operation 0010 Visual Controls

---

Inspection Point : First Test

Color : Good

Diameter : 5 cm

---

Inspection Point : Second Test

Color : Good

Diameter : 5 cm

---

Operation 0020 Taste Controls

---

Inspection Point : First Test

Taste : Good

Odor : Good

Inspection Point : Second Test

Taste : Good

Odor : Good

Can you please tell me how can i see all results for an inspection lot like in the example. If i can get it with a standard report please give details.

Hi alper,

Execute QGA3--> Enter inspection lot > select form QM_INSP_RESULT>Enter

You will get all results of Inspection points.

Revert after checking

hi venkat,

it seems to be a printing transaction and because i dont have any permission to a printer i can't see results,

after selecting the insp. lot it asks me for a printer name, and f4 gives no results probably because i dont have permission to any printer (we are in implementation phase and this is a test server)

is there any way i can see that without a printer? print preview checks for a valid printer too

Hi Alper,

Have you tried transaction QE51n, it is better organised for all purposes.
