Hi Jaydeep,

As far as MDM CRM Integration is concerned, it is possible though ABAP Proxies. XI or PI has to be in between CRM and MDM. Morevoer CRM deals with B Docs and not I Docs. So by using ABAP Proxies u can be able to achieve the integration.
