Unable to open ID but IR working fine

Hi,

I am unable to open ID with error:

Unable to load resource: http://******:***/dir/directory/aii_ibdir_client.jar

Hi Anirudh,

Coul dyou try re-initialisation in administrsation tab go to directory and then java webstart administration and them in the right pane click on re-initialisation and then re -initialisation and force-signing .

Then try to open your integration directory.

Restart the J2ee engine and try to get in through IR .

Hi,

This error because of error while download cache files in the local machine.Open your java web start.

Go to the file meanu.select the preference.select the adavanced tap. Find the application folder and

clear the ID cache and restart the application.

HI,

It seems like some of the services are not active. Try to re-start the J2EE engine.

Visual Administrator Choose Server --> Services --> Deploy --> View on Application or restart the J2EE engine
