qm catalog's/codes

Hai gurus,

i had created a catalogs and created a code for the respective catolog's and saved using T.C - QS41.

but when i again viewed the code under the respective catalog's i found the following error msg.

Message no. SV004

Diagnosis

No entries were found when importing data from the data base.

Procedure

If you have specified selection conditions, start the transaction again with conditions that are less restricted.

You can make new entries independently of this. To do this, select the function New entries in menu Edit.

How to correct this error.

hai linda,

The problem is mainly due to some pro gramme has been left out during creation of new user and log on.

kindly check up with your basis consultant and ask them to run the specific pro gramme for creating qm

codes and catalog's.

Hi

1)QS 41

2)Create By Selecting Attribute 1 or 3 As per yours Requirement

3)New Entries u2192 Enter Code group u2013 Short text u2192 Status u2013Released

4)Click on codes---> Enter Your Codes Like ( Accept , Reject Etc) Save

5)QS51

6)New Entries -> Enter New Selected Set-> Status Released

7)Select u2192 Selected Group--> Click on Selected Set Codes

8)New entries u2192 Assign Your Code group You have already created in AS 41

If it is characteristic Attribute you have to assign in QS 21 while creating Inspection characteristic

Based On the usage decision it will appear .

You check the Above procedure Come back.

Hai Mr madhu,

I had created the catalog's as mentioned by you , but the problem is when i go to T.C QS42 to view

the same catalog's( which is in released status) it display the catalog's but the code corresponding to the

catalog's is not displaying and showing the error as i said earlier.
