Dear Experts,
I have an issue with info structure,
My client using two different user defined info structures, one is for invoice analysis and another one is for plant wise analysis,
So the issue is we are getting correct datas as on date for invoice wise info,
But for plant wise data we are getting up to 31.12.2008 only its not updating the datas of 2009 ,
So can any body explain what could be the reason for that ,and how it has to resolve,
Rewards will given for earliest reply,,,,,,,,,
Regards
Caprin,
thx

There could be 1001 reasons why SIS is not updated (in addition to what's already been mentioned) and, unfortunately, not enough details have been provided in the question.
The easiest way to investigate this is to look in the update diagnosis transaction. You haven't mentioned from which documents are the info structures updated, but for billing documents the transaction is MCVV. Enter a document number and you'll see what and where has been updated (or not).
P.S. There is no word "updation", it's "update".

Hi caprin
As the client is using user defined info strucutures one is for Invoice analysis and another is for Plant wise Analysis. If you are getting correct data when you are checking through Invoice wise Report But Plant wise you might be getting some variation because of the following reasons
1) Some sales orders might be still open and is not yet delivered that is the reason the plant report is varying
2) As far as Invoice analysis is concerned only material which has been done PGI will be showing that is the reason Invoice analysis might be showing approximate report
Go to OMO1 and check wheather any factory calendar has been assigned or not , May be based on factory calendar the year will close
Also check in OMO1 the report is in which way day / month / year ? Check both the reports and make it common for both and then check wheather both are giving any approximate data or not

Hi,
Check in tcode MC26 (for view it) or MC25 (for modify it) if you have set any condition that avoid the update of data. This conditions are subroutines.
I hope this helps you,
