How to increase CPU utilisation in XI

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario where in the server is being targeted with many many messages,

I have seen the tuning guide and all other material..there is sufficient hardware for the same as well.

however when i go to transaction ST06, I see the CPU utilisation of just about 2 %.

Is there some gap I need to bridge, ne thing im missing out?

Request you to let me know if u have come across a similar situation.

Hi Ibrahim,

if the messages are not stucking in LUWS or queues and the utilization rate is 2% then its ok. but if the messages are visible in SM58 for some time then may be you can set EO_INBOUND_PARALLEL, EO_OUTBOUND_PARALLEL and also increase the dialogue process equal to no. of cpu*4 as a rule.
