change of forwarding agent in shipment

There is a shipment which has status as 5 - shipment completion. we have created shipment documents and deleted but system set shipment cost status as C - completely process

we wants to change forwarding agent in shipment but when we are going to change mode of shipment Planning Tab coming as gradeout (not active)

You can cancel the shipment status - bring it back to status 0, change the forwarding agent, and then re-set the status back. Be careful to set the same date & time for each status

1. Tcode VT02N - Record all of the Shipment Execution dates on the Deadlines tab (Shipment overview)

2. From bottom to the top, remove the dates/time by clicking on the corresponding button until all are

blank on the "Execution" side - Shipment Status is now 0.

3. Re-type the dates/times that were originally in the "execution" column and the shipment will return to its original status of 5.

Not a pretty solution - but it will work

Can you cancel shipment & create new shipment for the deliveries & then select new forwarding agent?
