Web Dynpro Dump Error after "swap root element" PLZ HELP!!!

Hi all,

I'm working thru the FlashIslands-tuts by Thomas Jung ( #1 ).

After I try to swap the root element of the View I get a dump error.

Laufzeitfehler OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO

Ausnahme CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL

Are there eny configuration Tasks to be done before using Flash Islands?

no matter what type of root element I choose i still get this error...

Lightspeed-Rendering is on. WebDynpro ABAP Config is done

(i can see the Dynpro-"Islands")

I have seen your answer. Activating doesn't solve my issue. I am still getting the dump.

There are no configuration steps that you should have to do to make the swap root element to work. You shouldn't be receiving a short dump. Consider opening a support message.

Activate layout preview with "Show/hide layout preview"-button.
