Interesting problem in Alerts

Hi,

I have done Alert configuration everything is fine and moved Production. We stopped testing in QA but still we are getting alert mails from RWBuser without processing error messages,without executing the scenario. Cache is also in green state...

What could be the Problem...?

Please help me onthis...

Hello sandeep,

You can check the MessagingSystem of Adapter where you can see any jobs are in

Failed mode and trying to execute (retry) mode.

But this will be helpful at adapter level only.

Alert message contains message ID. WIth this message ID, please check when it was executed in XI.

And it wll give the details of user as well.

Hi,

maybe it's becase some of the messages with error are getting restarted

due to scheduled jobs etc
