Error to download SAP Kernel for Basis 7.01

Hello,

Actually, we perform upgrade SAP Solution Manager to stack 18 (EhP 1).

When we want download Kernel (for Basis 7.01) : SAPEXE_15-10005992.SAR

and SAPEXEDB_15-10005992.SAR, we got this error :

"Download basket request for update has been processed. Total number of

items processed with error 2"

So, it's not possible to add SAP Kernel for Basis 7.01 in download

basket. Could you, please, explain how to download this Kernel ?

Hi,

Yes you can download the Kernel 7.01 file using Download manager.

Just for your reference, add the following 2 files which are available @ below mentioned location.

Support Packages and Patches >> " SAP NetWeaver" >> SAP NETWEAVER" >> SAP EHP1 FOR SAP NETWEAVER 7.0" >> Entry by Component" >> Application Server ABAP >>

SAP KERNEL 7.01 x-BIT UNICODE >> DB Type >> Windows Server on IA32 32bit

OR

SAP KERNEL 7.01 32-BIT UNICODE -> #Database independent -> Windows Server on IA32 32bit

Just select the 2 files u have mentioned above. Add them into the download basket. Open th Download basket and right click "Save As Target ..." to save the file on local disk.

Else use download manager. ( Both will require a user login with required authorization to download files from marketplace.)
