EBP Inbox in the action columan "Direct rejection / Approval Buttons greyed

Hi,

In the EBP Inbox Action Columan "Direct rejection / Approval Buttons greyed out"

Not able to Approve/Reject directly from approve/ reject buttons. Is there any settings in the system so that I have enable these two buttons to approve/reject directly from here.

Each time i have to go inside the document and approve/reject.

Please maintain the value u2018EC_DECISIONu2019 in transaction SWL1 for corresponding tasks (note the task for the approval/reject activity) in the workflow.

This will solve your problem.
