IBM WebSEAL/TAM, BW repport, images missing

Hi Guys

We're running a WebSEAL/TAM server in front of an EP6 SP14 portal to establish an SSO setup.

We have followed the document <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/ad84a55a-0601-0010-749b-85476a9033a5">IBM Tivoli Access Manager Single Sign On for SAP NetWeaver</a>, which we found here on SDN to do this.

We have also setup junctions for ITS, R/3 and BW, which are all accessed from the portal.

Everythings seems to be working fine except for one of our BW repports, which looks fine when initialy accessed.

But the repport has a tree structure in which the different nodes are indicated by an images showing an expanded or collapsed arrow.

If I collapse the root node in the tree structure all the arrow images suddenly can't be fetched from the server.

If I right-click on the image before collapsing the tree, the link to the image includes the junction name, but after collapsing the tree it doesn't include the junciton name.

If I look in the source code for the page, I can see that clicking on the tree nodes triggers a javascript called SAPBW which probably generates some url to be requested.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Regards,

Jacob Vennervald

Jacob,

In talking to my TAM expert, he suggested a couple of things:

1) use the -j option when you create your junction

2) create a jmt.conf entry for /sap/public/

It appears that you are running a parallel course with us--I have noticed your name on several posts with some of the same issues we have had, or are having. If you are interested, contact me at the email address below to compare notes. I think it is valuable to maintain correspondance in the SDN forums, but like to know of other companies doing the same things we are.
