Indexes Updatation

Hi All,

Here one user facing following error.

Please check the entries. No work list selected
Message no. VR420

Diagnosis
No entries were found for the specified selection criteria.

Possible reasons for this:

Indexes for materials and business partners have not been updated
The organizational data or selection criteria are incorrect.
Procedure
Check whether all indexes have been updated. Check your organizational data and selection criteria as well
15:38 now its not working and the same problem

I am facing above error on QAS while running fine on DEV.

How can i resolve it

your functionals must research this problem. when they find a solution, it is possible that a support pack will fix this issue. From that point, yes, you will need to do the work... or simply apply solution using SNOTE.

until then, transfer this problem to the SAP Security group. They need to find out what missing authorizations this user has.

here problem solved.

FYI

SD Consultant was missing following authorizations:

V_KNKK_FRE and V_VBUK_FRE

found above Authorizations in Role and i gave full permission on this AO to SD consultant.:

Manually Credit Doc. Value Class: Processing of SD Document

Document value class (credit m Z1-Z1

This is not a BASIS issue. your functionals must sort this one out.

thanks for reply.....

Dear i discussed with seniors Basis Consultants some told me that it is not Basis issue like u and some told it's Basis (Patch) issue if it is not patch issue then kindly explain..Basically SD consultant is facing this issue and he is also saying that this is basis issue not the SD issue.

FYI.... when i gave to him SAP_ALL profile then SD consultant is not facing this issue you also know very well that i can not give SAP_ALL profile to him.
