ADS configuration

Hi friends,Am Trying to configure ADS now. If am trying tree the ADSUser to ADScaller group its not working.When am accessing the ADScallers it is empty no user assigned to it. I dont know the reason.

One more thing is it must to give a naming convention like ADSuser and ADScallers while configuring ADS. Please reply me as soon as possible.
