I have recently joined up for this network. I am working with times group, India. We are looking forward to implementing TEM module of SAP. Pls help me with information, documentation for this module.

For detail please read the book hr515 .. U will get the basic conceptual knowledge. Just a glimps of TEM Module is below

The design of TEM Module is like OM Module that object oriented like in OM Module we had org unit object type O same way we had Business event group as object L like wise there r various objestc

You use three basic TC for handling the entire tem module

PSV1 = for accessing the business event group, Business event type and business event . You create, plan and change business event by using psv1

psv2 = for booking, re booking, cancellation, pre booking etc of attendee for the training prog

psv3 = for executing various report..

1. you classify ur similar trg prog in Groups like Technical trg prog and behaviourla trg prog.. this is knows as Business event group

2. You create business event type under group like under behavioural trg prog communication trg prog. Business event type is not date specific... you does pre booking at this level

3. Business event.. date specific version of Business event type.. i,e. communication trg prog will held on which date, at what loaction and what resource needed... you does your booking of attendee at this level.

Once the trg prog is over you conduct follow up activities like appraisal of attendee, and business event..

you transfer the qualification earned by attendee in trg prog to Infotype 0024

you also post the cost or generate billing document
