Assaingnment of sales office to sales area

Sales offices (every state as sales office=36)

Sales areas=352

Here my question is when i assaign sales area to sales office 352*36=12672 its a tidious work any short cut is there for assaigning apart from BDC.

Hi,

How system is displaying assignment, is it module pool display or list tree?

Module pool display.

Goto menu path and check it. Do not use t.code.

If it is Module pool display, Click on new entries. Copy the entire column (Do not copy rows) from excel sheet and paste it here.

Repeat the process for sales org. d.channel. division and sales office.

I am able to copy entire data. I am working on 6.0

9 sales orgs 10 dist channels and 13 divisions

9x10x13=1170 sales areas

From where you got 352 no?

it will be 1170 sales areas

36 sales office then it is going to be 1170x36=_42120_

Going to be More tidious than what you have written

Keep division as 1 that is 00 and have material groups(13)

That will make life easy for us and avoid us from so many errors

wish u d same Mr.Raja

Here 3100 sales org 2 distribution channeks 2 divisions only like that are there inside the settings .Thats why sales area are reduced.I maintained material groups around 40 inside I filtered all division only I comeup with 13 divisions atlast.

One way is to create LSMW for - T. Code: OVXM (i.e. "Assignment Sales Office - Sales Area")
