is there any provision in sap ps to create sub-projects or projects within a project?
Under WBS there is a function called Subprojects. This is again a concept only like a nubber of different WBS defined under a project and connected hierarchically. This is more relevant for transfer price agreements among WBS.

Check under Structures > WBS > what makes a WBS > subprojects

Hi Harsh,
You can use subnetwork concept if its suits in your requirement.
Also u can use u2018subprojectu2019 for the purpose of transfer price agreement between two WBS elements. ( Transfer Price Agreement is used to depict the planned cost and revenue views from various responsibility areas in the Project System)
For this you have to divide the work breakdown structure into subprojects. (A subproject is made up of WBS elements hierarchically connected. )
Each subproject will be distinguished by a description, which is defined in the WBS element. If you subdivide the WBS element at a later point in time, the subprojectu2019s assignment is copied to the new lower-level WBS elements.
Plz refer the below link for more detailed info on Transfer Price Agreement:

plz let us know your exact requirement.
Regards,
Pragna
