Processing vairants in disconnection document

Hello ALL,

How the processing variants are selected automatically. Where is the control?

When I am selecting the diconnection reason as Customer request the processing variant CUST is selected. When I am selecting the disconnection reason 'Technical reason' the processing variant TECH is selected.

Once the processing variants is selected automatically, we cannot change it. But I would like to know that how it is selecting the processing variants once I select the disconnection reason.

You can change the disconnection variant to something other than what the system derived by using EXIT_SAPLEDCN_001. The standard setting is due to a hardcoding in ISU_DISCPROCV_DETERMINE where this user exit is called from.

You can create your own custom diconnection variants in IMG following the path below.
