Hi all,

I have installed XI 3.0 Successfully. Now as per the Installation guide i have to start post installation steps.

As per the post installation steps we need to create one user XISUPER with some Roles assigned to it that also i could finish successfully and after resetting the password to a valid one i restarted the J2EE enginge to transfer to user creation to J2EE.

But, if i want to import exchange profile with URL

http:// <J2EE_host>:<J2EE_Port>/exchangeProfile

and want to login with user xisuper and password but no success.

I thought of trying to look at the user (xisuper) thorugh link

http://<J2EE_host>:<J2EE_Port>/useradmin

but i could see that user has not been reflected into J2E because of which i am not able to import exchange profile and cant proceed further.

Can anyone please help me where i need to look at and please let me know if i have left behind any step untouched.

Hi Dheeraj,

Check the xisuper user is replicated in the J2ee engine. Follow the post install steps very carefully. Also make sure all the roles and authorizations for the xisuper user are activated.

Hi Prasad,

I deleted the user xisuper and created the new one and after generating all profiles for role i assigned those role to this user and after restarting the instance Still system is not able to replicate the user in J2EE engine. please help me to resolve this issue.
