Hi Gurus,
I have problem when creating stock"posting only possilble in periods 2009/01 and 2008/12.in company code."
In long text it says that the correct current period has not been set in the system. Change the current period in the material master records using the function "shift periods".
I have closed the period in MMPV .nd its showing currect in OMSY.
Kindly guide me where i am going wrong.
Regards
Hemu.
Hello,
Happy New Year...
Check the posting period varant assigned to your company code. Is it K4? If it is K4, the posting period should be 01/2009. If it is V3, the posting period should be 10/2008.

Hi,

Dear Hemu,
Log out from the transaction again you try.
Note :- Make sure that you have closed the past period in MMPV, Settings are correct in OMSY transaction.
I hope this will help you,

Murali.
