IDOC Issue

Hiii All,

Scenario is X (Non R3 System )system sending files in PI and finally PI creates IDOCs and send these to R3.

Problem is R3 got the idoc on 31/12 at 9:41 bt whn im searching that particutar idoc in PI with time frame im unable to find out.I am searching in IE as well as in IDX5. In integration engine there were 26 messages from 28 to 31 Dec..Bt with that time no idocs..How i will search that perticular idoc..

In PI whts the condition to search the idoc ??apart from Time frame ?

ASHA,

go to WE02/05 of the production server, identify the IDOC, then click on the control records , go to the DETAILS tab, and note the data in teh Identification .

Now co to XI prod server, sxmb_moni, and then out of those 26 messeges, look for the same Number in the RESPONSE - SOAP HEADER - Idoc Iutbound, match it from there, u can also check it in the Inbound Messege - soap header- Main .

Check the IDoc in We02.

In the additional info tab in the IDoc control record ( do not remember exact tab name ), you will find XI's message id in it.

Use this message id to search the IDoc in XI.
