Automatic Billing

Hi Friends,

I want to create the billing document automatically when the PGI is done. Can anybody give a solution for doing this (Customizing, BADI, User exit etcu2026.). Thanks in advance for your support.

Hi,

There is no standard functionality to trigger billing document creation, when PGI is done .However this is very much possible and done in various situations.

You have to trigger an online job (Trigger the job based on EVENT) which can do the billing document creation once PGI is done. You can ask for this from technical team, and they should not have any problem enabling this functionality

Pls check if the following in useful:

With the help of ABAPer in the delivery control program SAPMV50A, put a logic such that the system calls the SAPMV60A program automatically after PGI is done..
